What's my role?

We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to actively drive our growth and expand our market presence.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to help shape an evolving market and build long-term customer relationships through a consultative sales approach. Your mission is to bring the future of digital access control and building automation to life, showing customers how Sensorberg’s innovative solutions can become a key driver of their success.

Your Responsibilities
  • Market Development
    You actively drive our growth by identifying new market opportunities and winning both new and existing customers for our solutions. With your consultative B2B sales approach, you help customers understand market developments and demonstrate the clear value of Sensorberg’s technology.

  • Customer Management & Consulting
    You support customers both remotely and on-site and are willing to travel regularly for personal consultations (approx. 30% travel). Through tailored solutions and a partnership-driven approach, you build strong, long-term customer relationships. You continuously expand our customer network, especially with operators, asset managers, and real estate developers.

  • Sales Strategy & Growth
    You develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and further strengthen our market position. You are a true market builder: with a high level of ownership, a strong hunter mentality, and a sharp eye for new opportunities, you actively create new customer relationships and drive our growth in a dynamic market environment.

  • Product Positioning
    You are an ambassador for our digital access solutions and clearly communicate their benefits, applications, and unique value proposition. You ensure that Sensorberg is recognized as a leading provider of intelligent building automation solutions.

  • Teamwork & Collaboration
    You work closely with our motivated, interdisciplinary team. You bring your experience, share valuable market insights, and collaborate with us to create innovative solutions for our customers.

  • Ownership & Accountability
    You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented way. You take full ownership of your sales process, set clear priorities, and use your time effectively to deliver sustainable results.

What should I bring with me?

  • Language Skills
    Fluency in English is essential. You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex topics in a clear, engaging, and convincing way. Additional languages are a strong advantage as we continue to grow internationally.

  • Sales Experience
    You bring proven experience in sales — ideally in building and scaling B2B SaaS markets. You know how to guide customers through a consultative sales approach, identify market trends, and convince them of the value of innovative solutions.

  • Willingness to Travel
    You are willing to regularly visit customers on-site and conduct personal consultations (approx. 30% travel).

  • Self-Motivation & Ownership
    You work independently, take responsibility, and proactively drive topics forward. You identify opportunities and take the initiative needed to turn them into results.

  • Team Spirit
    You thrive in a dynamic, motivated team environment. You bring strong interpersonal skills, collaborate effectively with others, and enjoy working together to achieve shared success.

  • Industry Experience
    Experience in access control, building automation, or the self-storage industry is a major plus.

  • Market Understanding
    You have a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends — especially in smart buildings, IoT, and digital solutions.

  • Strategic Thinking
    You have strong strategic capabilities and consistently execute sales plans with a clear focus on growth, customer acquisition, and achieving ambitious targets.
